Redmi ‘K’ series brings up some of the best flagship killer smartphones. They offer flagship graded performance, a better design, a decent camera as well retaining its price much lower than a full fledged flagship. The current Redmi K series is the Redmi K50 series. The top variant of the series aka Redmi K50 Pro offered some of the best specifications at around 400 pounds.

So what’s next? The upcoming Redmi K60 Pro is going to be another beast among the current flagship killers. Today we will share the full display specifications of Redmi K60 Pro.

Redmi K60 Pro Black color variant official render

Redmi K60 Pro will offer a 12 bit display. The more bit numbers the more color the display will show. In a 12 bit display, you get 68.7 billion colors where 10 bit displays can show only 1 billion colors. Normally we get a 10 bit display under the 500$ price range. It’s also made with the professional color standard AE-0.291 JNCD-0.24.

It will be a 2K display with 526 ppi meaning the sharpness of the display will be so good. But more ppi leads the display to drain more battery.

The pixel arrangements of the display of Redmi K60 Pro will be diamond shaped. The display will go up to 1400 nits peak brightness which is not flagship graded brightness in 2023 but it’s enough. The display will also support Dolby Vision. There will also be support for HDR10+ and HDR Vivid technology.

The display is made with C6 luminescent material. Brightness can be controlled by 16000 levels of dimming. The display is made with 1920Hz Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology which provides less impact on our eyes due to the flickering of the backlights.

The color of the display could be controlled by an Ambient color temperature sensor which is similar of the iPhone’s true tone feature.

The Redmi K60 series will be introduced at the ‘Redmi 2023 New Year’s Conference’ on 27 December.
